Terms of use
The terms,
in plain language.
Last updated September 27, 2026. By creating a Blueberry account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the privacy page.
What Blueberry is
Blueberry is a private household app for two people sharing a pregnancy and the first year of family life. It helps you keep shared plans, appointments, notes and baby care in one place, and share what you choose with the other person in your household.
Not medical advice
Blueberry offers general information and practical ideas. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for your care team. If anything about your health or the baby needs a decision, ask your care team. If you think it is an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number right away.
Your account and household
You need to be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us through the Support page if you think someone else has used your account.
A household has two members. Shared To Dos, appointments and baby logs are visible to both of you, and anything you deliberately share is seen by the other member. Only invite someone you want to share this with.
Your content
What you add to Blueberry stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to you and, where you share it, to the other member of your household, only so the app can work. We do not sell it.
Using Blueberry fairly
Please do not use Blueberry to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, to access another household or account, or to interfere with how the app works.
Connected services
If you connect Google Calendar or sign in with Apple or Google, those services have their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time, and the privacy page explains what Blueberry receives from them.
Leaving and changes
You can delete your account at any time in the app: open More, then Account, then Delete account. We may change or stop parts of Blueberry, and we may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
Provided as is
We work hard to keep Blueberry reliable and private, but it is provided as is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made based on the app's content.
